1. Acceptance
By using this service operated by Michael Lechner, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description
The Service provides authentication, account administration and software license management.
3. Account Registration
- Valid email address required and must be kept current.
- You are responsible for your credentials' confidentiality.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use: lechner.altenstadt@web.de.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully, gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights remain with Michael Lechner.
6. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
Michael Lechner is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability capped at amounts paid in the prior 12 months, or €100, whichever is greater.
9. Governing Law
Austrian law. Exclusive jurisdiction of Austrian courts.
10. Changes
Material changes notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
